How can I ask for more information?

You can always contact our customer service. Email our customer service at: info@bthree.nl or find out more about us by reading reviews from other customers. In addition, you are always the first to know about new developments via our newsletter or one of our social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram)

Is my personal data safe?

The security of your data is important to us. All personal data is therefore sent via a secure SSL connection. Your data will of course not be passed on to third parties. In order to process your order, we must pass on personal data to our shipping partners or banks. The shipping partners and banks treat your data confidentially in accordance with the statutory provisions and only use the relevant data for the purpose of the respective service. Your personal data will not be passed on to other third parties. In addition, as a customer you always have the right to obtain information regarding your own personal data, to change or delete this data.

Do the colours of our products look like the photos?

The photos in our webshop show a true representation of our products. Unfortunately, colour and/or structure deviations cannot be prevented. Even the colour and/or structure can deviate due to the screen settings of your PC, tablet or telephone.

Do I have right of cancellation?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of cancellation, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, you can contact us via info@bthree.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Where can I see my order status?

You will be notified by email with every update regarding your order.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order if you have not yet received an order confirmation. If you have received one, but your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service. Please note: do this as soon as possible!

Which parcel service will my order be shipped with?

We always ship our parcels with UPS. More information about this can be found here: Shipping

How can I track my package?

You will be kept informed of your order by email. You will receive a track & trace code from our delivery company, UPS, so that you can always track your package.

Can I specify a different delivery address?

Yes, you can specify a different delivery address when ordering.

How do I return my purchases?
