Shipping & delivery
B-Three delivers to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany in collaboration with UPS. Unfortunately, shipping to countries outside of these three is currently not possible. If you wish to order from outside these countries, please feel free to contact us.

After we transfer your package to the carrier, we will send an email within 1-3 business days with the tracking number for your package. You can use this number to track the status of your order, so you know exactly when to expect it.

If we have your order in stock, the expected delivery time is 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery may take slightly longer during the Christmas season.

UPS will deliver your order to your home. If you're not home, they will inform you accordingly.
If you won't be home during the day, you can enter a different address during the checkout process (e.g., your work address).

Shipping and handling costs
Shipping is free to all addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany
