- At this moment we only ship to The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

- Shipping above €69,95 is free. If your order is lower, there will be charged €6,95 for shipping.

- If you order before 15:00 on business days, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with the track and trace code after your parcel has been shipped. With the code you can see your current delivery status. Normaly it will take1-3 business days for receiving your parcel.

- Please note during holidays, promotions and launches, it can be busier than normal. Despite this, we do everything we can to process and send your package as quickly as possible. Please note that your package may arrive later than you are used from us.

- Not at home during delivery? Your parcel can be delivered to the neighbors, the carrier will come again the next day, or it is dropped off at a collection point. Check the Track & Trace code for the last information.
